Shipping both ways is free for repairs over $99. Below that, return shipping is a flat $12. Repair pricing is the same as walk-in — no upcharges.
How long does it take?
Average end-to-end turnaround is 5–7 business days: 2 days ship to us, 1–2 days repair, 2 days return. Rush service available for $25.
What if my device can't be fixed?
Free diagnostic, no obligation. If we can't fix it (or you decline the quote), we'll ship it back at no cost.
Is my data safe?
