Gadgets Plus is an independently owned consumer electronics store in Port Charlotte, Florida. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics, Google LLC, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo or any other manufacturer. Brand and model names are used only to describe the products we sell.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable Florida sales tax unless stated. Stock is limited to what is physically in the store; an item listed online may sell in-store first. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund in full.

We correct pricing or description errors when we find them, and we will never charge you more than the price you agreed.

Pre-owned devices are used products. Each is inspected, function-tested, battery-checked and factory reset before sale, and its cosmetic condition grade is stated on the item. Minor wear is normal on graded pre-owned hardware. Unless stated in writing, pre-owned devices do not carry the original manufacturer warranty and are not sold as new or manufacturer-certified.

Carrier compatibility and unlock status are listed per device. Check with your carrier before purchase if compatibility matters to you.

We buy and accept trade-ins in person only. You must be 18 or older and present a valid government photo ID, and you confirm that the device is yours to sell and is not reported lost or stolen. We inspect each device before making an offer; offers are based on model, storage, battery health, cosmetic condition and lock status, and are valid on the day they are made. We may decline any device.

Cash and major credit and debit cards in-store. Online orders are processed through our secure checkout, and title passes on payment in full.

Purchases are covered by our Returns & Warranty policy, which forms part of these terms.

To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for data loss; please back up your data before any purchase, trade or in-store service.
