We collect the information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, shipping or billing address, the device or product you ask about, and any message you send through a form on this website or in the store.

When you buy or trade a device in-store we may also record device identifiers (such as model, serial number or IMEI) and, where required by Florida law for secondhand transactions, identification details.

Our website collects standard technical data such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location, used to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote or offer, process and ship an order, honour a warranty or return, keep required transaction records, and — only if you opt in — send you occasional store news. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — payment processing, order fulfilment, email delivery and website hosting — and with law enforcement or regulators where the law requires it, including secondhand-dealer reporting obligations.

Please back up and remove your personal data, and sign out of all accounts, before handing a device to us. We factory reset every device we take in, but you remain responsible for your own data before the handover.

We keep records for as long as needed to support warranties, returns, accounting and legal requirements, then dispose of them securely. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it.
