Buying Policy

  • To sell a device you must provide a valid government-issued ID and customer information.
  • All incoming devices are tested and evaluated before purchase.
  • Final offers reflect device condition, market value, and functional testing.

Repair Warranty

  • We offer a 90-day warranty on all defected parts.
  • Warranty applies only on repairs and parts provided by All-in-One Wireless / Gadgets Plus Repairs.
  • A $25.00 service fee applies to every diagnostic or work performed by our technicians.
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering after service will void the warranty.

Store Return Policy

  • No refunds. Exchanges accepted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Item must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • No refunds or exchanges on accessories (cases, chargers, screen protectors, etc.).
  • Physical damage will void any warranty or exchange eligibility.

Abandoned Devices

Devices left in store more than 30 days will become store property. Please pick up your device promptly after we notify you that service is complete.
